How to Connect CookieScript Analytics to Google Looker Studio

You can connect your CookieScript analytics data to Google Looker Studio and create custom reports.

Step 1: Generate your API key in CookieScript

1. Log in to your CookieScript account.

2. Go to the My Plans section.

3. Generate your API Key.

4. Copy the API Key. You will need it when setting up the connection in Looker Studio.

Step 2: Open Google Looker Studio

1. Open Google Looker Studio.

2. Click Blank report.

3. In the window that opens, click Add data to report.

Step 3: Find the CookieScript connector

1. Use the search bar to search for CookieScript.

2. Select the CookieScript connector from the list.

Step 4: Enter the required connection details

In the Parameters section, enter the following:

API Token
Paste the API Key you copied from the My Plans section in CookieScript.

Item ID
Enter your Banner ID, which is the long hash value of your banner.

Step 5: Create the report

After entering the required details, click Create report.

Your CookieScript analytics data will then be connected to Google Looker Studio, and you can start building your report.

Notes

• The API Token is your CookieScript API Key.

• The Item ID is your banner’s long hash ID.

• Make sure you copy both values correctly to avoid connection errors.
