How to copy your cookie banner with its configuration to a new domain?

Do you have a cookie banner with the desired configuration and want to set up other banners with the same or similar configuration for new customers or add more banners for the same customer?

Now you can do it much easier and quicker! We are presenting the possibility of setting a standard configuration for your banner and copying it to new banners. Just follow these steps:

1. First, create a master cookie banner and configure its settings.

2. Second, copy this banner with all settings. Go to your your CookieScript dashboard, and simply press the button Copy:
   

3. Third, enter the new domain, where you want to use the new banner.

All done, you have copied your master cookie banner and its configuration to the new domain. You can use it straight away, or you can make changes to the default configuration- this could be faster and easier than configuring a new banner from scratch.

Note: You can also copy the Cookie Report- simply check the checkbox while entering a new domain. When copying the Cookie Report, only the last finished scan in history is copied. If you copy the banner to a completely new domain- scan the new domain after copying the banner to get an updated Cookie Report.

You can also use this functionality to move your cookie banner from staging to production domain.
